Our Pure Lavender Extract contains alcohol, water and the finest pure oil lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) imported from France.
This extract is incredibly versatile and can be used in both sweet and savory cooking applications. Add a small amount of our Pure Lavender Extract to flavor lemonade, tea, chocolate cake, brownies, frosting, fruit salad, ice cream and sorbet.
Lavender, both the herb and the extract, can be used to replace rosemary in sauces and salad dressings. The flavor is much more herbal than floral. Try adding it to a brine containing water, salt and pepper for marinating chicken.
Our Pure Lavender Extract can be used to enhance the fragrance of sachets, floral bouquets and potpourri. While developed for culinary purposes, we have a number of customers who use this extract as a fragrance and well as an anti-inflammatory.
