SHIPPING / PICKUP INFO

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We take great pride in getting out orders as soon as possible. Most orders that we receive before 3:00 PM Arizona Time will be shipped the same day unless there are out of stock items. UPS picks up from our warehouse between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM Arizona Time so any orders after that time in the evening will DEFINITELY NOT SHIP the same day. If you submit an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not ship until Monday at the earliest. 

For express orders, do not count the day you submit the order as one of the days for shipping. For example, if you order on a Tuesday night at 9:38 PM and select 3 Day Select Shipping option, it will ship out on Wednesday and will be delivered on the following Monday (the 3 days of shipping being- Thursday, Friday, delivered on Monday).

We know that getting the items you've purchased to you as quickly as possible is very important. If you have questions of how long it takes to get to a specific area and the map above doesn't show it clear enough please contact Jeff. He is in charge of shipping. Any information from other employees may not be accurate as they do not deal with shipping everyday.

This map can give you an idea (no guarentee unless spicified)of how long your package will take to get from us to you. We have no control over the cost of shipping. Prices are set by UPS so when you are checking out the shipping charges are automatically calculated. Again, WE DO NOT SET THE PRICES OF SHIPPING. If the shipping calculator over charged you we will credit the amount you were over-charged. We try to make this as affordable as possible.



Returns

We accept returns up to 2 weeks (14 Days) after the date you receive your order. 

Shipping charges will not be credited unless packages are damaged in transit or you received incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged box please don't throw it away!! We need pictures to show UPS for claims purposes.

If returning items that were ordered but you do not want to keep them, you are responsible for paying for it to be shipped back to us. 
Original shipping charges will not be credited back in this scenario.

Food and edible products are not returnable at all.

PICKUP INFORMATION

The option of In-Store Pick ups has been revised to only residents with shipping addresses located in Maricopa county. There had been too many issues with people out of the area selecting In-Store Pickup that were expecting their order to ship at no shipping charge.

Pickup orders will be filled and able to pickup the next business day after the order was placed.

There are no SAME DAY pickups unless you call after placing your order to setup a time to pick it up. 

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be available until Monday afternoon at the earliest. If you order Friday night then Monday is the next possible pickup day as well.

There is a handling fee for us to shop your order for you. This is non-negotiable.

If a pickup order is cancelled for any reason, the handling fee is non-refundable and there could be a restocking fee depending on the order size.
