Return Policy

We accept returns up to 2 weeks (14 Days) after the date you receive your order. 

Shipping charges will not be credited unless packages are damaged in transit or you received incorrect items.

Incorrect items need to be reported to us within the same time frame as above.

If you receive a damaged box please don't throw it away!! We need pictures to show UPS for claims purposes.

If returning items that were ordered but you do not want to keep them, you are responsible for paying for it to be shipped back to us. 
Original shipping charges will not be credited back in this scenario.

If you cancel an order in which you selected a Pick Up shipping method, there may be a 15% restocking fee.

Food and edible products are not returnable at all.

Special Orders are non-refundable.
